These guys were good and importantly honest. They fixed my leaky faucet in a high rise. Showed up on time (important because we’re turning off water to multiple floors) and were courteous. They said it could be a valve repair ($700) or valve replacement ($2800). After some diagnosis they were able to repair the valve for $700. A lot of contractors would have taken the opportunity to up charge. So job well done.

Great experience. I felt like before they showed up to fix our bathtub they were really up front about the cost range depending on what they were going to run into. The technicians did not do any additional work without our approval so the end cost was not a surprise and they left the area clean after the work was finished.

Had them install new washer drier supply and drain. Did an excellent job. When our neighbor raised a false leak alarm post installation, they came out and inspected and take everyone through the actuals that assuaged the problem. Both the owner and the folks who work there are knowledgeable, direct, no fluff. If you value quality work and direct communication, hire them!
